OBJECT:
Each Individual Real Estate Agent or Broker is eligible to submit a Photo of their choice to the contest via Facebook.
Contestant may submit any photo of unique home feature that they find, such as:

• Special Media Room
• Unique Back Yard Setting
• Special Picture Window
• Great Game Room
• Spectacular Entry Way
• Driveway, Etc

PRIZES:
Winning Individual Realtor will receive:

• 2 Full Color Metal Yard Signs (24″ x 18″) – Value $136.50
• 5 Full Color Plastic Home Feature Lawn Signs (24″ x 18″) – Value $95.00
• 1 Watercolor Reproduction (30″ x20″) – Value $68.00
  

Winning Real Estate Office will receive their choice of:

• 2 Full Color Finished Banner w/Hem and Grommets(2′ x 6′) Value $125.16        OR
• 4 Full Color Plastic Lawn Signs with Stakes (24″ x 16″) Value $76.00

VOTING:
After you submit your photo via the Facebook Application, you and your clients, family, friends and co-workers can vote up to 1 time per day.

Winners:
Individual Winner is determined by the photo with the most votes on April 30, 2012.
Real Estate Office Winner is determined by the office with the most submissions.

CONTEST END DATE:
Contest will run through April 2012.
